JOB PURPOSE
This role will work within the Quality Control (QC) department at RONIN. The QC department takes responsibility for all CATI Centre (call centre) quality control operations, primarily focused on quality assessment and monitoring of market research call recordings.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Carry out quality control and assessment tasks of market research calls;
- Download relevant recordings for QC work, including as applicable, completed interviews, weekly monitoring, and first shift monitoring quality control monitoring;
- Keep the QC area tidy and organised in the relevant network drive or SharePoint location;
- Accurately time questionnaires for market research projects;
- Organise and conduct feedback sessions with interviewers and QCers;
- Validate market research participant identity, credentials, and update records as required, by reaching out via telephone or other means in accordance with our procedures;
- Update relevant records relating to market research participants following from validation and checking procedures and achieve the highest standards of accuracy for data entry;
- Contribute to the improvement of participation validation processes;
- Edit and anonymise recordings using appropriate (provided) software;
- Support our teams with transcription management;
- Prepare materials to be dispatched to external suppliers and QCers, including recordings for transcription, and other types of deliverables as required, confirming receipt of deliverables, checking the quality of delivered files;
- Become familiar with and ensure all activities conform to applicable standards such as ISO 20252, ISO 27001, applicable codes of conduct, and applicable data protection law;
- Other duties as the need arises.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least one year of experience in market research preferred but not required.
- Experience of working in a call centre advantageous but not required.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal) required.
- Knowledge of another language at professional level advantageous but not required.
- Strong timekeeping and organisation skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritise their work.
- Good at working as part of a team.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Proactive attitude.
- Focused on delivery of quality without compromising deadlines.
